Judith was born in Jerusalem Israel, and graduated from The Hebrew University with a bachelors degree in pharmaceutical science and a MBA from Ono Academic College. Before becoming a ceramic and jewel artist, she practiced as a pharmacist in both the private and public sectors
Through her pharmaceutical work, she had the opportunity to travel widely in Europe, Asia and the USA. This exposure to diverse cultures and their varied artistic traditions serves as a major influence in her artistic and culinary endeavors.
In 2007, she moved to Phoenix AZ, with her husband, a native Arizonian. At that time, she decided to devote all her professional time to art. She creates unique and original ceramic and jewelry pieces. Her ceramics range from purely sculptural to utilitarian. The jewelry is created mainly from beads that come from places she has visited worldwide.

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by at Lan art&design.
I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Kiev, Ukraine. I currently live in United States, and will stay until my adventure takes me elsewhere. I graduated from University of the Incarnate Word, receiving a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Interior Design and Art.
I am always inspired by nature and my surrounding environment, and love to incorporate these aspects into my work.
I work with mixed media that includes, but is not limited to alcohol ink, resin and acrylics.
All paintings are original and are not prints. Commissions are always welcome!
Enjoy looking around and if you have any questions or inquiries, my door is always open.
“My art explains my life. My life explains my art”. Easy to say, harder to explain. My art is the manifestation of thoughts on spirituality, philosophy, and theology.
Stephen Press-field sums it up nicely: “The artists real medium is thought. The art is the product of [my] imagination”.
The cycles of nature provide a sense of the sacred. Light exposes that sacred sense. My work captures ambient light and stores it as “forbidden energy” or “excited” light which is produced using rare-earth minerals.
Light is an ever-present reminder of the dark. As a matter of clarification, Light needs Dark. Dark needs Light.

“In the quiet and solitary act of painting, the artist chooses pictorial language to create a visual statement”
Plein air artist Lili Anne Laurin has an impassioned preference for painting out in the elements of nature rather than in the more sterile environment of her comfortable studio. Since moving to Arizona from New Jersey 4 years ago, she has trained her eye on capturing the light and color of the desert. Having painted the more intimate landscapes of the Garden State for more than 10 years, it was an adjustment to take in the vastness of the skies and the sparse yet beautiful desert vegetation of the Copper State.
I am a Ceramic artist working mostly with coils of clay. This method allows for greater creativity in form and more organic shapes. My designs are often based on plant shapes and colors that I photograph.
My paintings are done in a painterly expressive style with a touch of intuition and emotion.
There's a plethora of imagery in this latest artwork. Featured, of course is one standout vehicle from Frank Lloyd Wrights collection of over 80 automobiles during his lifetime. Take your time. Inquire about purchasing this important work.
The handmade, sophisticated jewelry of Maggi Artistic Accessories is entirely designed and created by Maggi Heiser in her Arizona studio. Inspired by the fascinating texture and color of the American Southwest, Maggi is constantly in pursuit of the kind of beauty that commands attention. Her Jewelry often elicits a gasp of delight from admirers who marvel at the remarkable way she can combine unusual materials to create an utterly unique piece of wearable art. She is guided by the way a material feels, how it bends or ties or gives beneath her hands. From rubber and plastic, to bark and petrified lemons, Maggi believes there is beauty to be found everywhere. Her original pieces display a chic interplay between our natural and unnatural world that is truly modern.
Madison Kopsa is a Multimedia Artist who specializes in hot-sculpted and blown glass. As a woman and a mother, she utilizes the glass medium to convey stories to the viewer — which she feels is just as, if not more important, than the aesthetic alone.
Marking the beginning of her career, 2016 offered her first artist residency in Tennessee at The Firehall Glass Studio under Mark Russell. In 2018, Madison was awarded the AACG Visionary Scholarship for a sculpting class at The Corning Museum of Glass in New York. She also has experience at a range of studios across Iowa and Arizona.
While currently employed out of a studio in Scottsdale, AZ,
she simultaneously focuses on perfecting the dreams of her intellectual property.

I create fused glass art from my home studio in Phoenix, Arizona.
Glass art can take many forms and I like to use colors and shapes together, often stacking squares and letting the glass spread to touch the piece next to it. To me, glass has a very tactile nature; whether its surface is smooth or textured, you just want to reach out and touch it. I encourage people to touch my art.
My art explores the cycles of life here on Earth and life in the hereafter -- if there is one. Nature shows us that there must be something bigger than us out there. I find that both humbling and hopeful. I left the green Midwest to live in the wild khaki colored desert. I wanted a new beginning. The exotic desert flora fascinated me from the start. Inspired by desert plants, the colors of the land and sky, a greener past, I use clay sculpture and mixed media prints to create my art. I build trees of life, gardens, skies, and purely sculptural vessels. Some sprout flowers, cacti, planets, and stars.
For the love of color ...
